ECL has been in the construction arena for the last 5 years, initially serving various sectors of the Government including the sectors of Telecommunication, ICT, Power etc. and gradually moving on to the sector of real estate.

With a view to alleviating the living accommodation problem of the mega city Dhaka, ECL stepped in the real estate development scene in 2012. During the span of the last 5 years ECL has completed and handed over more than 13 apartment and commercial projects in Dhaka, and ahead steps also in Chittagong, to establishing itself as an embodiment of quality, competence and efficiency.

Maintenance Service

We are working with Bangladesh Telecommunications Corporation Limited (BTCL) for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of FiberWatch™ Optical Network Monitoring System for OFC Network Development in 1000 union project (Total 11060 km OFC in the rural and remote areas of Bangladesh under this project). We have to operate and maintain the network for 3 (three) years from the date of Commissioning. The total monitored route length is 9003 km. Expected date of commissioning is October 2016.
